Weekend or same-day requests add $50 per hour; I send a payment link for the difference.

How does a session work?

We meet by screen share at the time we booked. You share your screen and drive, and I guide you step by step and explain each change. You stay in control of your computer; I never take remote control.

What should I prepare?

Have Light-O-Rama open on the computer that runs your show, with your preview and any sequences you want to work on. Bring a short list of what you want to get done, so we use the time well.

What isn't covered?

Electrical or wiring safety, on-site visits and equipment faults. Consulting is time, not a guaranteed outcome. The 30-day guarantee on AnySequence shows does not apply to consulting.

Can I get a refund or reschedule?

Yes. You get a full refund any time before your first session, and you can reschedule free with 24 hours notice.

How do I buy more time?

Buy more 30-minute sessions or a 4-hour block on this page any time. If your channel and controller setup needs longer, extra time is at the 30-minute session rate. Block hours expire 12 months after purchase.
