Getting Started
Will it actually work with my display?
Yes. Every sequence is validated against dozens of automated checks before it ever reaches you, and the engine is tested against more than 20 real and test display layouts before any change ships. It reads your display's actual layout instead of assuming a "standard" one.
Do I need Light-O-Rama already set up before I order?
Yes. You'll need Light-O-Rama installed and your display set up. On S5 or S6, lay it
out as a Preview (where your props are laid out and mapped to channels). In
the Sequencer, select your preview in the top right of the preview window,
right-click it and choose Export, then email the
.lorprev and your .mp3 to
anysequence.show@gmail.com.
On S4, send an existing .lms or .lcc file from your display instead.
How do I send my files?
After you submit the order form, email your .lorprev (S4: an existing .lms or
.lcc file) and .mp3 to
anysequence.show@gmail.com
with the subject "Order – Your Name – Song Title". Files too big to attach?
Send a Google Drive, Dropbox or WeTransfer link instead.
Which Light-O-Rama versions do you support?
Works with LOR S4, S5 and S6 (any S6 version). S4 gets a .lms sequence; S5 and S6 get a .loredit sequence matched to your version. To check yours, open the Sequencer and choose Help > About, and include it on your order form.
Can I order if I'm on S4?
Yes. Send us an existing .lms or .lcc file from your
display instead of a preview, and you'll get a .lms show.
What if I'm on an older version, like S5?
Yes, S5 is supported. Send your exported .lorprev preview, just like
on S6, and you'll get a .loredit show matched to your version.
Which seasons and occasions do you make shows for?
Christmas, Halloween, Thanksgiving, New Year's, 4th of July and Birthday. Tell us which one you want when you order.
What if my display isn't a typical residential setup — will it still work?
Yes — that's the point. The engine reads routing and layout directly from your own preview instead of assuming a "standard" display, which is how it produces correct results on displays it's never seen before.
What Your Show Does
Does it work with pixels, RGB floods and regular channels?
Yes: RGB pixels, dumb RGB floods, traditional LED or incandescent channels, or any mix. The show is built from the props in your own preview.
Will it handle mega trees, arches, Firesticks and candy canes?
Yes. We read every prop's shape and pixel layout, including folded strings, matrices, mega trees, arches, rooflines, Firesticks, poles and candy canes. Motion follows the shape: poles and Firesticks move up and down, arches and rooflines chase along their length, and matrices draw on their real grid.
Do you sequence singing faces?
Yes. Mouths move on the real words of your song, with shapes picked from each vowel, using all of the face's mouth channels (including tongue shapes). Faces rest between words, hold on long notes and talk on spoken lines, and tough songs get their words checked by hand.
Can you show song words, pictures or GIFs on my matrix?
Yes. Song keywords on your matrix: a bold word from the song (like "NIGHT" or "SNOW") flashes up at just the right moment, sized to fit your matrix so it's always readable. You can also send your own pictures and animated GIFs (your own art or original art only); we size them to fit and build them into your show file.
Will all my songs look the same?
No. Each song gets its own color theme, movement direction, climax look and opening, and songs in one show don't repeat each other's climax. Want set colors or roofline styles for each song? Ask when you order.
Do you check every show before delivery?
Yes. Automatic checks run on every show: file validity, busyness limits, no dark props in loud parts, no two effects fighting on one light, and climax energy. During the beta, a person also watches every show before delivery.

Ordering & What You Get
Can I use any song?
Yes — send us an .mp3 of any song you own. We only send back the
copy of the song you gave us, renamed so Light-O-Rama finds it. We never sell
or supply music.
Is music included?
No. You send a song you own, and we only send back that copy, renamed so Light-O-Rama finds it. Playing music in public, including over FM, may need a performance license; that's the display owner's responsibility.
Do I need to run Beat Wizard?
No. Every show is locked to your song's beat grid on our side, so there's nothing to run. Your song comes back renamed exactly as the sequence expects, with simple load instructions.
What do I get, exactly?
One zip: a finished sequence (.loredit or .lms, depending on your
Light-O-Rama version) built and validated for
your specific display, your song, and load instructions.
When do I pay?
When you order, through Stripe's secure checkout. If the 10-second display test can't run on your setup, you get a full refund.
Do you install anything or ship hardware?
No. AnySequence is a sequencing service only — you'll need your own Light-O-Rama controllers and display already set up. We don't install hardware or ship anything physical.
Does this replace my show player?
No. Your finished sequence runs through the Light-O-Rama Show Player, exactly like any other sequence — AnySequence doesn't replace or require any additional playback software.
How long does it take to get my sequence?
Shows arrive within 72 hours of receiving your payment and files. Every show is reviewed by a person before delivery.
What if something's mapped wrong?
Every show is reviewed by a person before delivery — not run through an automated queue with no human check. If something still isn't right once you have it, that's covered under the Quality Guarantee below.
What if I change my display after ordering?
Send us your updated preview. We rebuild your show on the new layout without redoing your beat timing. One re-render is free if your preview changes or we made a mistake at intake.
Can I request a change after I receive my sequence?
Works on your display, guaranteed. If something's mapped wrong or won't play, tell us within 30 days of delivery and we'll fix it free or refund you in full (see the Refund Policy). If your display changes or we made a mistake at intake, you get one free re-render on your updated preview, keeping your beat timing. For creative-direction changes (different colors, a different feel), you get one free re-build with a different look — a new variation from our engine, not hand-tuning of your current show. Further creative changes are treated as a new order.
Licensing & Commercial Use
Can I use my sequence for a commercial display, HOA, or public event?
Standard orders are licensed for one display at one residential location. If you need a commercial, multi-location, or public-installation license, reach out before you order.
Do you work with installers or businesses?
Yes — if you install or sequence displays professionally and want to offer this as part of what you do, get in touch.
Trust & Privacy
Is AnySequence affiliated with or endorsed by Light-O-Rama?
No. AnySequence is an independent, third-party service built for Light-O-Rama displays. It is not made, operated, or endorsed by Light-O-Rama LLC.
What happens to my preview and display information after I send it?
It's used only to build your sequence and is never shared with anyone else.
What's your refund policy if it doesn't work out?
Full refund, no questions asked, any time before your show is delivered. After delivery, if something's mapped wrong or won't play, tell us within 30 days and we'll fix it free or refund you in full. Details are in the Refund Policy below.

After delivery — change of mind

Further creative changes are treated as a new order.

How to file a claim
Within 30 days of delivery, contact us with your name and song title and a description (ideally a short video) of what's wrong, at anysequence.show@gmail.com. Right now, support means a real person personally reviewing your claim — not an automated ticket queue.
