Your privacy, in plain English
What we collect
- Your order form answers (a Google Form): your name, email, phone number if you choose to give it, song title, Light-O-Rama version, season, and anything else you write on the form.
- The files you email us: your
.lorprevpreview (or, on S4, your.lmsor.lccfile) and your.mp3, or the links you send to them, along with the email itself.
Why we collect it
Only to build and deliver your show, and to contact you about your order.
Where it's kept
Your files and order details are kept on our PC and in our private Google Drive backup. Your form answers are stored in Google Forms, and your emails and attachments stay in our Gmail inbox. We never sell your information or share it with anyone.
Your form answers, order details and Stripe payment confirmations (name, email, amount and order number) are also kept in our private order-tracking system (hosted on Netlify with a Neon database), which only we can log in to.
This site doesn't use analytics or advertising trackers.
Payments
Payments are handled by Stripe. You enter your card details on Stripe's secure payment page, and we never see your card number. Stripe shares your name, email and order number with us so we can match your payment to your order.
Featuring your show
Your show is only featured on YouTube or on this site if you answered Yes to that question on the order form.
Deleting your files
Email us at anysequence.show@gmail.com to ask us to delete your files, and we'll reply to let you know what we've removed.
